Dive Technician

About the role

The Dive Technician is a site‑based position responsible for maintaining, servicing and ensuring the operational readiness of all dive‑related equipment across assigned assets. Working closely with the Dive Center Technician and operational teams, the role supports safe and seamless dive operations in a high‑end marine tourism environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all dive equipment (regulators, BCDs, cylinders, compressors, etc.) is fully functional, safe and ready for use.
• Support the Dive Center Technician in daily maintenance and upkeep of dive gear.
• Assist other dive centre locations with equipment servicing and operational support as required.
• Provide pre‑opening support: set up, inspect and commission dive equipment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help establish maintenance systems and service schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections, servicing and repairs post‑opening, maintaining compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, asset tracking and service histories, recording all repairs and replacements.

• Willingness and ability to work across multiple sites, including remote operations and on‑site support.

• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate equipment records and service logs.
