Divemaster – Lead Dive Excursions & Operations

About the role

The Dive Center Divemaster is a site‑based operational professional responsible for leading dive excursions, supporting dive training programs, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the dive centre at the Red Sea destination. This role delivers safe, memorable underwater experiences in line with Galaxea, RSSE, and Red Sea Global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Dive Center Manager and assist in overall centre operations.
• Lead certified divers on guided dives, ensuring safety, professionalism, and high guest engagement.
• Assist PADI‑certified instructors during dive courses and maintain compliance with PADI procedures.
• Prepare dive boats, teaching environments, and equipment daily for operational readiness.
• Handle cylinder filling, equipment maintenance, and keep the dive centre clean and presentable.
• Support retail and sales activities as a brand ambassador for Galaxea experiences.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and SEZ teams to meet environmental and marine protection requirements.
• Contribute to the pre‑opening setup and commissioning of new dive centres when required.

Required profile

• Current Divemaster certification (PADI or equivalent) with proven dive guiding experience.
• Strong commitment to safety, guest satisfaction, and environmental stewardship.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a remote coastal environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
