Division Head - Data Center

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Division Head to lead and grow its Data Center business. The role covers the full business cycle – from building client relationships and winning tenders to delivering EPC/Design‑Build projects and ensuring profitability. The leader will be accountable for P&L, revenue targets and long‑term market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Data Center business strategy, growth plan and market expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscale clients, cloud providers, colocation operators, consultants and developers.
• Lead business development, tendering, bid strategy, pricing, risk review, negotiations and contract award.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution from design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning to final handover.
• Manage project delivery teams to ensure safety, quality, cost control, schedule compliance and client satisfaction.
• Take full ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and overall business performance.
• Build and lead a strong cross‑functional leadership team across business development, engineering, procurement, operations and commercial functions.
• Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, joint‑venture opportunities, acquisitions and service extensions.

Required profile

• Senior executive / CEO / Business Unit Head / Managing Director experience within a Data Center, mission‑critical, EPC, Design‑Build, MEP or construction organization.
• Proven track record of winning large‑scale Data Center projects through client relationships, tendering, bidding and commercial negotiations.
• Hands‑on experience managing full project execution from award through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an established executive‑level network with hyperscalers, cloud providers and major vendors.
