Document Control Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Document Control Manager to lead the document and data control lifecycle for a multi‑billion‑dollar mega‑project in Riyadh. The role will oversee the Program Management Office (PMO), contractors and external partners, ensuring all project information is accurately captured, stored and retrievable throughout the project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce and continuously improve the Document Control Procedure across the PMO and Project Management Contractors (PMCs).
• Manage the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), currently ACC, including workflow creation and configuration.
• Generate weekly outstanding/overdue log reports and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Administer the PMO SharePoint site and ensure proper structure and access.
• Train team members on EDMS and SharePoint usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align document control practices and support project close‑out.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in document control, preferably on large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Business Administration, Documentation, or a related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑motivated with a strong willingness to share knowledge and train others.

Required skills

• ACC (Advanced Content Capture) within an EDMS.
• Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) administration.
• SharePoint configuration and management.
• Procedure writing for document control processes.
