Document Controller

About the role

The Document Controller will be based on‑site in Jubail, supporting the company’s industrial projects by ensuring that all project documentation is accurately managed, stored and readily accessible. This full‑time position plays a critical role in maintaining version control, supporting audits and facilitating smooth information flow among project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, classify and update both electronic and hard‑copy project documents in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain version control, track approvals and manage document workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, distribute and archive documentation.
• Support internal and external audits, compliance checks and document‑related inquiries.
• Ensure accurate filing systems and secure storage of large volumes of data.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role, preferably within industrial or construction environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to handle large data sets accurately.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jubail, manage priorities under deadlines and adhere to regulatory standards.
