Door Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Door Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Raffles The Red Sea, a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. This role combines hospitality, vehicle handling and guest‑service excellence to create a seamless and memorable arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, using names and titles whenever possible.
• Open and close resort and vehicle doors with professionalism, ensuring a polished first impression.
• Coordinate with the Bell Team, Valet and Front Office to manage luggage and transportation efficiently.
• Assist the Valet team with parking and retrieving luxury vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and public areas at all times.
• Monitor safety and security of the entrance area, reporting any unusual activity or hazards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Valid driving licence and experience handling luxury vehicles.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a significant asset.
• Strong physical stamina – able to stand for long periods and lift objects over 75 lb.
• Professional appearance and etiquette aligned with ultra‑luxury standards.
