DOP/Media Projects Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Photography (DOP) and Media Projects Manager to lead high‑end visual productions. The role combines creative direction with strong project‑management skills to deliver commercial and branded video content from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all stages of video and media production, from pre‑production planning to final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, storyboards and detailed production plans.
• Direct and supervise filming activities to ensure cinematic quality and brand consistency.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, resource allocation and vendor coordination.
• Oversee lighting, camera operations, audio capture and overall production workflows.
• Supervise post‑production processes including editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and final approvals.
• Conduct project meetings, provide progress updates to stakeholders and maintain documentation and asset organization.
• Identify and implement improvements to production efficiency and creative output.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in video production, cinematography or media project management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, advertising or branded content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies and production vendors.
• Background in advertising, marketing, e‑commerce or branded content is highly preferred.
