Drafter

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Drafter to join our technical team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will create precise 2D and 3D drawings and layout plans for façade access and lifting systems, ensuring compliance with engineering inputs, project specifications and local safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and update accurate 2D/3D technical drawings, shop drawings and installation layouts for façade access and lifting equipment.
• Analyse structural, architectural and mechanical drawings to produce correct designs and dimensions.
• Coordinate daily with engineers, project managers and on‑site teams to verify design feasibility and safety compliance.
• Organise, manage and track drawing revisions and project records across multiple active projects.
• Provide high‑quality technical illustrations and layouts to support bid submissions and client proposals.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for technical documentation and communication.
• Proven experience as a Drafter on construction, industrial or building services projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills for document control and solid communication for cross‑functional coordination.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CAD drafting tools and 2D/3D design software (AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
• Technical drawing and shop‑drawing production.
• Blueprint interpretation and dimensioning.
• Familiarity with façade access systems, BMUs or lifting equipment is a strong advantage.
