Drafting Trainer – Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Drafting Trainer to design, develop and deliver training programmes focused on drafting techniques, software applications and industry standards for the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes on drafting software and techniques specific to oil & gas.
• Conduct hands‑on workshops and sessions to improve participants' technical drafting skills.
• Assess training needs, adapt curricula and ensure alignment with client and industry requirements.
• Evaluate trainee progress, provide feedback and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of drafting technologies, software releases and industry standards.
• Prepare training materials, manuals and documentation.
• Collaborate with management and technical teams to ensure training supports project goals and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field.
• Proven drafting experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create clear, effective training materials and adapt them to varied skill levels.
