Drainage & Mechanical Engineer Positions – Riyadh (EOI)

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking experienced engineers for upcoming infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Expression of Interest (EOI) covers three positions: Drainage Design Engineer, Junior Mechanical Engineer, and Junior Drainage Engineer. Candidates will join multidisciplinary teams delivering sustainable urban and civil solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review drainage and stormwater designs for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical and other discipline teams to ensure design integration.
• Support the design, documentation and calculation of mechanical systems.
• Assist senior engineers in project delivery and design reviews.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with standards, specifications and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Drainage roles) or Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical role).
• 5–8 years of experience for Drainage Design Engineer; 3+ years for junior positions.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Drainage design and stormwater design.

• Engineering documentation and technical calculations.
• Proficiency with engineering design software.
