Drill Rig Operator (Driller)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Drill Rig Operator to join our fast‑growing exploration team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate and maintain surface drilling rigs to collect core samples and geological data for our Jibal Qutman and Hawiah projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain diamond core, reverse‑circulation and air‑core drilling rigs on remote field sites.
• Execute drilling programs safely, efficiently and in line with project specifications.
• Manage drilling fluids, tools and sampling equipment to ensure high‑quality core recovery.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and minor repairs on all rig components.
• Document drilling parameters, sample logs and safety checks accurately.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or Certificate in Drilling, Mining or a related discipline (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in exploration drilling (air core, diamond core, reverse‑circulation).
• Proven ability to operate and maintain surface exploration drill rigs.
• Strong knowledge of drilling tools, fluids and sampling procedures.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to work in remote field environments.
