About the role

We are looking for a reliable Driver to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves safe and timely transportation of staff and important documents for an accounting firm, supporting daily operations and client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Transport employees and documents to various locations in Jeddah, adhering to schedules and punctuality.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and keep logs to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance needs.
• Communicate with team members and management to coordinate transportation requests and resolve issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies, representing the firm professionally.
• Assist with loading and unloading documents and packages, ensuring secure handling.
• Provide support during events or meetings by transporting clients or staff as required.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.
• Participate in training sessions to improve driving skills and stay updated on best practices.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and proven driving experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong time‑management abilities to plan routes and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills for interaction with staff and clients.
• Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional conduct.
