Driver Shift Leader

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Driver Shift Leader to transport guests to and from designated locations using the hotel’s vehicle. The role combines safe driving, vehicle management and guest service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle.
• Document all trips before departure and after completion.
• Park the vehicle in the designated location when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any maintenance needs and document vehicle incidents.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Follow all company safety, security and quality assurance policies.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and answer telephone inquiries courteously.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry objects up to 50 lb independently and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Capability to stand, sit, walk, or run for extended periods and navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling tools and equipment.
• Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and respect for co‑workers.
• Commitment to safety, punctuality and reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
