Duty Manager

About the role

The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth security and safety operations across the assigned district of Saudi Telecom Company. This role oversees the security control room, manages safety compliance, and coordinates daily work schedules for security and safety teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential security liabilities at district level and report them to senior management.
• Manage site security contracts, distribute guards, supervise performance and handle fee payments.
• Operate the security control room, covering both physical and remote security monitoring.
• Issue security ID cards for employees and contractors within the district.
• Inspect premises and equipment to ensure compliance with safety norms and escalate concerns.
• Conduct security and occupational safety awareness sessions, workshops and trainings.
• Review and maintain firefighting measures, evacuation plans and other safety tools to meet international standards.
• Follow up on safety findings, ensure resolution and removal of all issues.
• Analyze safety and security data using standard reporting techniques and produce reports.
• Plan and approve daily work schedules for the team, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.
• Supervise routine operations of security and safety service teams across the district.
• Stay updated on latest safety and automated security trends and suggest new systems.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day team operations within a defined scope.
• Ability to analyze safety and security data and generate standard reports.
• Knowledge of implementing security and safety policies in line with legislative requirements.
• Proven capability to handle security policy changes and complex escalations.
• Strong liaison skills to build effective relationships with other supervisors.
