Dynamics 365 FinOps ERP Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 FinOps ERP Manager to lead the implementation, governance, optimization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management across the organization. The role ensures platform stability, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management and operations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Oversee ERP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Maintain high‑quality application support and compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Establish and enforce ERP governance, standards, and Microsoft best practices.
• Monitor system performance, security, licensing, risks, and overall platform health.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve critical production issues.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail, Real Estate, and Corporate Services to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
• Lead and develop functional and technical ERP teams, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft, implementation partners, and external ERP specialists.
• Drive continuous improvement of business processes as part of digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance or related field.
• 15+ years of ERP experience with strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years leading ERP teams.
• Deep knowledge of finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory and retail processes.
• Proven track record managing ERP implementations, upgrades, optimization and support.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic speaker preferred.
