E-Commerce Marketing Specialist – Performance & SEO

About the role

The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will drive traffic, engagement, and online sales for webook.com through performance marketing, SEO, and content optimization. The role focuses on maximizing visibility and conversion using data‑driven strategies and digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Manage SEO/SEM and optimize product listings to improve visibility and ranking.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Track key metrics such as traffic, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative, content and product teams on campaign execution.
• Manage CRM and email marketing for retention and re‑engagement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in digital or e‑commerce marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and e‑commerce CMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
