E-Marketplace Analyst – Procurement Process Expert

About the role

The E-Marketplace Analyst will support ASMO’s end‑to‑end procurement operations, focusing on claims management, supplier help‑desk support, and administrative efficiency. The role ensures that procurement processes align with company policies while delivering reliable service to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of procurement‑related claims, including supplier disputes, damaged goods, and contract non‑compliance.
• Conduct investigations by collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams, reviewing contracts, and gathering evidence.
• Develop and execute resolution strategies, ranging from negotiations to contract amendments or legal actions.
• Oversee supplier help‑desk inquiries, purchase order status checks, and onboarding support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of procurement processes and ensure accessibility for staff.
• Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and technology adoption.
• Train procurement personnel on new tools and systems to maximize utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, claims handling, or related supply‑chain functions.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting trends and insights to senior management.
