Ecommerce Manager

About the role

The E‑commerce Manager will lead the online business of a luxury fragrance brand in Riyadh, driving performance, growth and profitability. You will own the end‑to‑end commercial strategy and ensure the digital experience reflects the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the e‑commerce strategy, including budgets, forecasts and growth initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value through targeted campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Oversee the website and mobile experience, ensuring premium design, fast performance and seamless navigation.
• Continuously optimise the customer journey by improving UX, site speed, search, conversion rates and overall satisfaction.
• Analyse performance data to make informed commercial decisions and benchmark the site against luxury e‑commerce standards.
• Manage relationships with agencies, technology partners and cross‑functional internal teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of e‑commerce leadership experience, preferably in luxury, beauty, fragrance or fashion.
• Proven record of delivering strong online revenue and commercial growth.
• Deep digital expertise across performance marketing, SEO, CRM, analytics and conversion rate optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate at personal expense.
