E‑Commerce Sales Specialist

About the role

Bostani, a premium provider of luxury chocolates, bespoke delicacies and elegant gifts, is looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Sales Specialist to drive its online sales in Dammam. You will own the digital storefront, optimise the customer journey and deliver revenue growth across all e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Bostani e‑commerce website, ensuring a seamless, user‑friendly experience.
• Develop, implement and optimise online sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Create and maintain product listings, including compelling copy, high‑quality imagery, accurate pricing and inventory updates.
• Analyse traffic and sales data with web‑analytics tools, generate performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute SEO, email and social media campaigns that boost traffic and conversions.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability.
• Provide prompt, high‑quality customer service for online enquiries, order issues and delivery concerns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with e‑commerce trends, competitor activity and emerging digital technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce or digital sales, preferably in luxury goods, retail or food & beverage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Customer‑focused attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
