E‑Commerce Specialist – Luxury Hospitality & Serveware

About the role

We are looking for a proactive E‑Commerce Specialist to manage our luxury hospitality and serving‑ware online store. The role combines product management, website content upkeep, and coordination of promotional campaigns to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day‑to‑day operations of the e‑commerce website.
• Create, upload, and update product listings with descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
• Write, edit, and review product content in both Arabic and English.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for the customer experience.
• Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, seasonal offers, and special sales events.
• Update website banners, homepage content, and marketing materials as needed.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor website functionality, identify technical or content‑related issues, and communicate with developers and technical support.
• Perform regular website quality checks to ensure smooth operation and optimal user experience.
• Analyze website content and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Maintain consistency in branding, content quality, and visual presentation across the site.
• Prepare periodic reports on website updates, product management, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in E‑Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Previous experience managing e‑commerce websites or online stores.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
