Electrical Construction Manager (Dammam, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Electrical Construction Manager will lead all electrical construction activities on assigned projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project Manager during execution, this role ensures high‑quality installation from start to finish while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site construction aspects for electrical discipline, including constructability reviews and schedule planning.
• Manage sub‑contractors, labour forecasts, and resource allocation to meet project budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and review scope of works documentation in collaboration with the MEP Manager.
• Coordinate daily with clients, consultants, and other construction managers to resolve design and execution issues.
• Track site progress, report risks to project controls, and ensure material take‑offs are aligned with procurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical construction management on large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP integration and constructability studies.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor performance.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
