Electrical Draftsman

About the role

The Electrical Draftsman will create accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software, supporting engineers, architects, and project teams. The role involves preparing, updating, and finalising drawings to meet project specifications, standards, and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and visualisations with SketchUp.
• Create single‑line diagrams, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Produce as‑built drawings and update them based on site conditions.
• Generate detailed layouts, plans, sections, and elevations from engineering and architectural requirements.
• Revise drawings according to design changes, technical comments, and project updates.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to keep drawings accurate and timely.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant CAD drafting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
