Electrical Engineer – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will support the hotel’s engineering department, ensuring all electrical systems operate efficiently and safely in line with Clinique La Prairie standards. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and energy management across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Implement CLP policies for energy conservation, water and sewage quality control, fire prevention and life‑safety programmes.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on plant equipment and oversee corrective actions.
• Monitor energy management systems, utility consumption logs and ensure accurate reporting.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff, conduct inspections and maintain housekeeping of plant rooms.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests within 10‑15 minutes and communicate status to guests.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in electrical engineering within international hotels.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive, energetic personality.
• Ability to execute tasks efficiently and follow‑up on corrective measures.
