Electrical Engineer, QA / QC

About the role

The Electrical Engineer – QA/QC will support Alfanar Group in ensuring that all electrical products and projects meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance. You will work closely with senior engineers, designers and cross‑functional teams to implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all drawings, dimensions and embedments conform to specifications and resolve any design conflicts.
• Process RFIs, provide comments, monitor corrective actions and represent the department during joint inspections with consultants and clients.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) for non‑conformities (NCRs) and track the implementation of corrective actions (CARs).
• Ensure only approved materials are used on site and raise quality concerns proactively.
• Document non‑conformities, observations and corrective actions in formal reports.
• Support health, safety and environmental compliance and contribute to business‑process automation where possible.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on QA/QC.
• Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection techniques and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and communicate effectively with designers and stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
