Elevators Field Operations Manager

About the role

The Elevators Field Operations Manager will lead the technical field teams responsible for the installation, modernization and maintenance of elevators and escalators across the Khobar region. Reporting to the MAC Elevators & Escalators division, the role ensures safe, on‑time service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce regulatory codes, conduct safety audits and perform on‑site risk checks.
• Supervise field mechanics, adjusters and service leaders, coordinating daily startup and wrap‑up meetings.
• Oversee installation milestones, modernization workflows and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor key performance indicators for productivity, budget control and service reliability.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in vertical transportation, heavy mechanical or electrical project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary field teams and communicate with clients.
