Email-WhatsApp Marketing Manager

About the role

Scalera is looking for an Email‑WhatsApp Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our email and WhatsApp campaigns. Based in Jeddah with hybrid flexibility, you will shape data‑driven strategies that boost customer engagement and conversion for our e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement automation workflows to nurture leads.
• Create compelling email content and oversee copy approval.
• Analyse campaign performance, optimise funnels and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with product, design and sales teams to align messaging.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers across channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Familiarity with the Saudi e‑commerce market is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
