About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Registrar in Emergency Medicine based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary emergency department team, delivering rapid and accurate medical care to patients presenting with urgent health issues.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose and treat patients in the emergency department.
- Perform critical emergency procedures and operate emergency medical equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals.
- Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and departmental audits.
- Provide training, mentorship and supervision to junior medical staff and students.
Required profile
- Medical degree with residency training in Emergency Medicine or a related specialty.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
- Valid medical licence to practice in Saudi Arabia, or ability to obtain one.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong clinical decision‑making skills in high‑pressure environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in performing emergency procedures.
- Experience using emergency medical equipment.
