Employer Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Employer Services Specialist to build strong partnerships with employers, connect Social Security beneficiaries to meaningful jobs, and drive engagement initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. The role focuses on relationship building, market insight gathering, and supporting continuous improvement of employment programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture partnerships with employers across diverse sectors.
• Identify and match Social Security beneficiaries with suitable employment opportunities.
• Design and implement employer engagement initiatives, internships, and recruitment programs.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage employer relationships, collect market insights, and spot workforce opportunities.
• Monitor partnership outcomes, maintain accurate records, and support program improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in employer services, recruitment, business development, or workforce development.
• Proven experience in employer engagement, stakeholder management, and partnership development.
• Ability to travel for employer visits and external engagements.
