About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead project teams in the banking and financial services sector in Riyadh. You will drive day‑to‑day project execution, from hypothesis development to solution convergence, ensuring recommendations are practical and cohesive.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project teams through efficient problem‑solving processes.
- Ensure recommendations are practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
- Communicate effectively with senior executives and build strong client relationships.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experience within banking (retail, corporate, payments/digital/fintech).
- Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
