Engineering Supervisor

About the role

Four Seasons is assembling a pre‑opening engineering team for its new Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. The Engineering Supervisor will work closely with the Engineering Manager to guide the team through the final construction phase, testing, commissioning and the transition to daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Manager in reviewing technical specifications and MEP designs.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and hand‑over of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Four Seasons quality, safety and efficiency standards.
• Support the development of operational procedures and maintenance plans for the resort’s facilities.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report any issues that could affect the opening timeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising engineering teams on large‑scale hospitality or resort projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes and commissioning practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pre‑opening environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
