About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Technical Trainer to deliver high‑quality theoretical and practical training across multiple engineering disciplines. The role involves creating structured learning materials and guiding trainees through hands‑on sessions using industry‑standard software.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs covering engineering drawing, drafting techniques, and design applications.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises for each discipline.
- Conduct hands‑on training with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit.
- Assess trainee performance through theoretical and practical evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate performance reports.
- Ensure all training aligns with engineering standards and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering training.
- Strong communication and instructional abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with 3ds Max.
- Proficiency with Revit.
