English & Arabic Content Manager

About the role

Platinumlist.net, the leading ticketing provider in the GCC, is looking for a bilingual English & Arabic Content Manager to create, edit and optimise content across its platforms. You will ensure high‑quality, brand‑consistent copy that engages users and supports the company’s growth in the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Create, revise and edit Arabic and English content for body copy, teasers, titles and more.
• Translate and adapt event‑related content from English to Arabic, including FAQs, artist names and UX texts.
• Review and QA existing translations for accuracy, tone and grammar.
• Upload and manage content via internal back‑office and CMS systems following defined workflows.
• Optimise content for SEO to improve discoverability and search performance.
• Handle translation requests from marketing, product and sales teams, including decks and promotional texts.
• Write compelling headlines, CTAs, category labels and UX microcopy.
• Adhere to brand tone and style guidelines, suggest improvements and flag translation errors.
• Review and edit English content, perform plagiarism checks and rewrite to align with brand voice.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience writing and editing English and Arabic content.
• Commitment to producing 100% human‑written content and translations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and high‑quality output.

Required skills

• Strong editing, proofreading and copywriting skills in both English and Arabic.
• Creativity and flair for writing headlines, descriptions and CTAs.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices (a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
