English Call Center Agent (Customer Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, English‑speaking Call Center Agent to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction throughout the entire customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customer journey maps to identify pain points and improve the end‑to‑end experience.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs promptly.
• Resolve escalations related to BPO or call‑center operations efficiently.
• Gather client feedback regularly and collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into product enhancements.
• Maintain high standards of service by handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree (English background is a plus).
• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service or customer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non‑technical customers.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good collaboration skills.
