English Coach – Personal Tutor

About the role

Wall Street English Saudi Arabia is launching two new learning centres in Jeddah and seeks enthusiastic English Coaches to guide students on their language journey. As a Personal Tutor, you will inspire, motivate and support learners to achieve their personal and professional goals through tailored coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with students.
• Deliver personalized coaching, feedback and learning support.
• Conduct first lessons, advising sessions and progress reviews.
• Help students stay motivated and reach their learning objectives.
• Create a welcoming, English‑speaking environment throughout the centre.
• Support reception operations, bookings and student engagement.
• Celebrate student achievements and create memorable learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring or education.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Confidence using technology and digital learning tools.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
