English Language Instructor (Higher Education)

About the Position

Al-Ghad College of Applied Medical Sciences is seeking a dedicated and highly qualified English Language Instructor to join our academic team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape the linguistic competence of future medical professionals within a dynamic higher education environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Implement the college's educational vision and mission through high-quality teaching.
• Deliver engaging English language lessons in accordance with the established curriculum.
• Develop innovative pedagogical materials and instructional resources to enhance learning.
• Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate modern educational technologies and digital tools into the classroom experience.
• Stay updated with the latest methodologies and theories in English Language Teaching (ELT).

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in English (Applied Linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, Linguistics, or English Literature) with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
• OR a Bachelor's degree in English accompanied by a CELTA certification and at least 5 years of teaching experience.
• Degrees must be recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
• Strong academic background with a minimum grade of "Good" at the Baccalaureate level.
• Ability to pass a formal personal interview.
