English Language Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated English Language Instructor to join our technical training team in Jeddah. You will deliver introductory to intermediate English courses, supporting trainees in industrial settings and ensuring high‑quality language instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 4‑6 hours of daily classroom instruction following established teaching procedures.
• Prepare and present course materials aligned with training program plans.
• Design and administer verbal and written quizzes, homework, and assessments.
• Proctor mid‑term and final exams, participate in marking and performance evaluation.
• Monitor progress of instructors, trainees, and courses, coordinating workshop and classroom facilities.
• Provide feedback on training materials and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Participate in instructor workshops, seminars, and forums to enhance teaching techniques.

Required profile

• Experience teaching English to beginners and intermediate learners, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to assess trainee performance and give constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
