English Lecturer (TESOL) – Full‑time at Al‑Ghad College

About the role

Al‑Ghad College of Applied Medical Sciences is seeking a qualified English Lecturer to join its Riyadh campus on a full‑time, one‑year contract. The role involves delivering English language instruction to undergraduate students in applied medical sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English language courses to undergraduate students in applied medical sciences.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Utilize classroom technology to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in the college’s vision and mission implementation and academic activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in English (Applied Linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, Linguistics, English Literature) with at least 2 years of teaching experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in English with a CELTA certificate and at least 5 years of teaching experience.
• Good academic standing (grade “Good” or higher) and full‑time university qualifications.
• Pass a personal interview and provide Ministry of Education equivalency proof if degree is from a non‑Saudi university.

Required skills

• Excellent English pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
• Ability to design engaging lessons and teaching materials.
• Proficiency in using educational technology in the classroom.
• Strong assessment and reflective teaching practices.
