Job description

About the role

We are seeking a fluent English‑to‑Arabic translator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both languages, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scripts to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
Measure chatbot progress by conducting bilingual conversations and recording results.
Develop novel dialogue scenarios to teach bots appropriate responses.
Evaluate the correctness and performance of AI‑generated content.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
Based in Saudi Arabia and able to work independently as a contractor.
