About the role
Our client, a leading global software provider, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on selling complex enterprise solutions in EHS, Operational Risk, ESG, and Control of Work to major industrial, government, and giga‑project customers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business and expand strategic accounts throughout KSA.
- Build senior relationships with stakeholders in operations, HSE, risk, digital transformation, and IT.
- Lead multi‑stakeholder, complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate closely with partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem players.
- Identify customer challenges and position high‑value software solutions.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Work with presales, services, customer success, and partner teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Required profile
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of new‑business success in the Saudi market.
- Strong network in oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, consultative deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with SI/partner‑led sales models.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
