Enterprise Account Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will drive demand and sales of Trellix’s cybersecurity portfolio across Saudi Arabia, working closely with customers, partners and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, present solutions and close sales.
• Collaborate with technical resources to assess customer environments and deliver proof‑of‑concepts.
• Upsell and cross‑sell Trellix security products and services.
• Generate demand through resellers, end‑users and channel partners, increasing product awareness.
• Develop and maintain account and opportunity plans, presenting to senior and board‑level stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong business acumen with ability to build C‑level relationships.
• Decision‑making authority within defined guidelines.
• Experience engaging presales, technical and professional services early in the sales cycle.
• Proven experience working with channel partners and system integrators.
• Maturity, confidence and ability to manage complex organisations.
