Enterprise AI Architect

About the role

This pivotal position will shape how artificial intelligence transforms Riyadh Air across the entire enterprise. You will lead the creation of end‑to‑end AI solutions, define best‑in‑class architectures and governance, and embed AI into core business processes while fostering a culture of innovation through an internal AI Centre of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise‑wide AI solutions aligned with the technology strategy.
• Establish responsible AI governance frameworks covering fairness, explainability and compliance.
• Drive the evolution of enterprise platforms to support advanced AI and data‑driven operations.
• Implement modern AI/ML frameworks, cloud services and generative AI models.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases, translate business needs into scalable technical designs, and guide deployment.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management and adoption of AI across the organization.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with at least 8 years of IT experience in architecture and AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and AI services.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, large language models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and agentic design.
• Ability to articulate AI strategy, risk and ROI to both technology and business audiences.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and data‑privacy regulations such as GDPR and PDPL.
