Enterprise Architecture Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of end‑to‑end architectural solutions that support our business objectives. The role will drive the creation of architectural blueprints, guide solution delivery, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and evangelize architectural blueprints and roadmaps across multiple technology domains.
• Influence stakeholders, ensure compliance with standards, and provide governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide delivery leads and solution partners in creating and validating solution architectures until go‑live.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to align technical architecture with infrastructural needs.
• Work with business development and key stakeholders to produce solution proposals and architecture options.
• Monitor team best practices, communicate enterprise‑wide issues, and define technical specifications for RFIs/RFPs.
• Review and approve reports to meet operational, policy, and business requirements.
• Organize and supervise team activities to ensure efficient project execution.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (advanced certifications a plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in IT Architecture, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking technology environments.
