Entry-Level ESG Tech Professional – Frac/Acid Operations

About the role

Halliburton is seeking motivated individuals to join its ESG‑Tech team as entry‑level professionals supporting frac and acid operations at wellsites. You will gain hands‑on experience in pressure analysis, fracture mechanics and fluid diagnostics while working alongside seasoned operators.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with pre‑job planning, field execution and post‑job documentation under direct supervision.
• Provide technical interpretation and operational support during frac operations on‑site.
• Collaborate with operations teams to develop equipment‑based knowledge.
• Complete on‑the‑job training modules covering pressure analysis, fracture mechanics, rock and fluid mechanics, and diagnostic pumping.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with an undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline.
• Strong interest in oilfield engineering and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work safely and professionally in a wellsite environment.
