Equipment Maintenance Engineer – Solar Mounting Structure

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to support the solar mounting structure production line at our 2nd Industrial City Modon facility in Jeddah. The role ensures reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure stable and efficient operation.
• Maintain equipment records, maintenance reports and spare‑parts inventories.
• Support equipment improvement, modification and automation projects.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment engineering or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with solar PV mounting systems or steel manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills.
