ERP Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

About the role

We are seeking a senior ERP Functional Consultant specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join our team in Dammam. The role involves leading end‑to‑end ERP implementations, translating business needs into functional designs, and ensuring successful go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering workshops.
• Perform Fit‑Gap analysis and recommend Microsoft best practices.
• Design functional solutions aligned with standard D365 F&O capabilities.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
• Prepare functional design documents, business process diagrams and solution design documents.
• Set up workflows, financial dimensions, posting profiles, number sequences and security roles.
• Support data migration using the Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Lead SIT, UAT, CRP, Go‑Live and Hypercare activities.
• Analyse production issues and provide functional root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers on customisations and integrations.
• Deliver end‑user training and post‑Go‑Live support.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a D365 Functional Consultant.
• At least four full‑cycle D365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Functional expertise in finance, supply chain and project management.
• Hands‑on Go‑Live and Hypercare experience.
• Strong business analysis and solution design skills.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
