ERP & Odoo Developer (WordPress Integration)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled ERP/Odoo Developer to join our team and enhance our internal ERP system. The role also involves WordPress development and plugin customization to ensure seamless integration between our web platforms and business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Odoo ERP modules, including Procurement, Projects, Inventory, Finance, HR, Sales, and Property Management.
• Design and modify workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and develop new features.
• Manage integrations between Odoo and other internal systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
• Support data migration, system updates, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, customize or create plugins, and integrate them with ERP, CRM, and third‑party tools.
• Prepare technical documentation for all developed features and system changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Odoo, ERP, or Full‑Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and the Odoo framework.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes and workflow automation.
• Ability to analyze requirements, deliver practical solutions, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, approval cycles, and API integrations.
• Experience in real‑estate, construction, procurement, or project‑management systems is a plus.
