ERP Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Implementation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a large‑scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a leading Oil & Gas drilling organization in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role acts as an independent PMO representative, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern the end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program.
• Establish and manage PMO processes, project controls, reporting frameworks, and governance structures.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, system integrators, and executive leadership.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive‑level status reporting.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and implementation outcomes.
• Manage change control, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Oversee program quality, compliance, and transition to business operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing 3–4 large‑scale Oracle ERP/Fusion implementations.
• Experience as an independent PMO/Program Manager representing the client side.
• Strong expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, and ERP transformation initiatives.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI‑ACP, PgMP, ITIL.
• Preferred experience in the Energy & Utilities sector, especially Oil & Gas drilling, and familiarity with Saudi Aramco culture and GCC business environment.
