ERP Senior Applications Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior ERP Applications Developer to lead the design, development and customization of our ERP platform. The role focuses on delivering robust, scalable solutions that streamline business processes across healthcare, industrial and commercial facilities. You will work closely with business units to translate functional needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize ERP applications to meet detailed business requirements.
• Integrate ERP modules with other enterprise systems and third‑party solutions using APIs.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency.
• Provide troubleshooting, technical support and training to end‑users.
• Ensure security, data protection and regulatory compliance of ERP solutions.
• Automate business processes within the ERP environment to increase productivity.
• Manage upgrades, patches and version releases to maintain system stability.
• Document technical designs and enforce development best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience developing ERP applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Java and C#.
• Experience with ERP development tools and database management.
• API integration and cloud‑based ERP solutions.
