Estimation Engineer – Façade Projects (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Estimation Engineer will support a leading façade, aluminium, wood, carpentry, duct, metal sheet and panel board contractor in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take‑offs and value‑engineering solutions for a variety of construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare Bills of Quantities using estimating software.
• Develop detailed cost analyses and value‑engineering proposals.
• Interpret technical drawings, BIM models and project specifications.
• Collaborate with procurement and contract teams to ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Assist in project scheduling and cost control throughout the contract period.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in façade or related works.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Saudi Arabia.
