Estimation Engineers – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Esnad Contracting Company is expanding its Head Office team in Riyadh and seeks experienced Estimation Engineers to support construction and infrastructure projects, especially government tenders. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, tender documents, and quantity take‑offs.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, BOQs and scope of work to determine pricing.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement and project teams to gather required information and quotations.
• Assist in preparing accurate tender submissions and review subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and tendering within the construction industry.
• Experience with infrastructure and government projects, familiarity with BOQs, drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods and project costs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using estimation or engineering software for cost calculations.
